About these terms
These Terms of Use are between you and Bland Coffee Ltd, company number 16307518, trading as Reset (“Reset”, “we” or “us”). They govern your access to and use of the Reset mobile application, website and related services, together called the Service. By using the Service, you agree to these terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you download Reset through an app store, that store's terms also apply. Nothing here removes any legal rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
Who can use Reset
Reset is only available to people aged 16 or over. You must also be legally able to agree to these terms in your country. If local law requires permission from a parent or guardian, you must have that permission before using Reset.
You are responsible for keeping your device and sign-in access secure. Tell us promptly through Support if you believe someone has accessed your account or data without permission.
Your licence to use Reset
Reset is licensed, not sold. We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the Service for your own lawful purposes, subject to these terms and the rules of the app store through which you obtained it.
You may not copy, sell, rent, sublicense, reverse engineer, interfere with or create derivative works from the Service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
AI-assisted features
Some features use artificial intelligence to suggest tasks, subtasks, summaries or patterns. Outputs can be incomplete or incorrect. Review each suggestion before relying on it or adding it to your plan.
Reset helps with planning and reflection. It does not provide medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional advice. It is not an emergency service or a substitute for professional care.
Your content and privacy
You keep ownership of the notes, tasks and other content you create. You give Reset only the permissions needed to process that content, provide the features you choose and maintain the Service.
You are responsible for content you submit and must have the right to use it. Do not submit unlawful content or information that infringes another person's rights. Our handling of personal information is explained in our Privacy Notice.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service, attempt to gain unauthorised access, disrupt its operation, introduce malicious code, use it to harm another person or use automated methods to extract data without permission.
We may investigate misuse and take proportionate steps to protect users, the Service and others.
Purchases and subscriptions
If Reset offers a paid feature or subscription, the price, billing period, renewal terms and any available offer will be shown before purchase. App-store purchases are billed and managed by the relevant store.
You can manage or cancel an app-store subscription through your store account. Refund rights are subject to applicable law and the store's rules. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Reset available and reliable, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Features may change as the Service improves. We will give reasonable notice when a material change significantly affects your use, where practicable.
Ownership
The Service, its design, software, branding and other materials are owned by Bland Coffee Ltd, trading as Reset, or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership to you.
Our responsibility
We do not exclude or limit responsibility where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your mandatory consumer rights.
To the extent permitted by law, Reset is provided for personal use and we are not responsible for business losses, indirect losses or losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when you accepted these terms.
Ending your use
You can stop using Reset at any time. We may suspend or end access if you materially breach these terms, create a risk of harm or if the Service is discontinued. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and give you an opportunity to address the issue.
App-store terms
Apple, Google or another app-store provider may have additional terms that apply to your download and use of Reset. For Apple devices, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies unless a valid custom agreement is provided.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the Service, the law or our business. The updated date will appear at the top. We will provide additional notice for material changes where required.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere, you keep any mandatory protections and rights given to you by the law of your country, including any right to bring a claim in your local courts.
